For customer-specific implementation of our SAP Business One Cloud, we rely on our “THINK BIG, start small” approach. According to this approach, we focus together with you at the beginning on the essential components so that you can work with your SAP Business One as soon as possible. However, it is important to keep the big picture always in mind and to prepare previously identified components such as a future web store in order to be able to connect them in time. Because we are convinced of this approach, we dedicate a blog to it.
Online training concept
Our training concept is also aligned with the “THINK BIG, start small” approach. Our packages always include online training with a personal trainer. During the introduction you will receive a basic training and your own training system for practice purposes. For later extensions you can always rely on our modular training program.
Licenses
SAP Business One distinguishes between 3 different license types:
The perfect license for start-ups with a low budget. This license features a fantastic price/performance ratio. The functional restrictions such as automatic asset accounting are often not used for start-ups anyways.
The Professional license is suitable for all those who want to use the full scope of SAP Business One.
The Limited License provides a limited scope of use in the areas of finance, logistics and CRM. This license requires at least a Professional license.
Microsoft Cloud Azure
Our SAP Business One Cloud Service is not installed on the server of our customers, but in the Microsoft Cloud Azure. There are the following good reasons for this:
When outsourcing the servers to the Azure data centers, we can fall back on standard hardware and software components which drastically reduce operating costs. For example, our cloud solution uses ready-made components for data backup. A backup is automatically created every night without any additional effort. The Microsoft Cloud Azure sets very high security standards worldwide. Our security concept is based on Microsoft specifications. By consistently using Microsoft Cloud Azure, we can reduce costs for SAP Business One Cloud.
