Almost everyone who works in the dairy industry now knows MILCONA<\/a><\/strong>, the B2B premium supplier of high-quality dairy ingredients and raw milk products. Founded in 2020 by two industry specialists, the company has been on a successful international path ever since. Its well-known customers already include global players.<\/p>\n

SAP Business One Cloud and conesprit \u2013 facts speak for themselves<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ambitious startup knew, thanks to its many years of management experience, that growth is impossible without a powerful ERP system. Positive previous experiences with SAP made SAP Business One the solution for small and medium-sized businesses. "SAP Business One Cloud was and remains the only alternative for us. High IT security, low maintenance costs, and always an optimal system, hosted by experts \u2013 all these facts speak for themselves," explains Wagner when asked why MILCONA chose the cloud solution.<\/p>\n

Almost as quickly as the decision to implement SAP Business One Cloud was made at the beginning of 2021, the two managing directors agreed to have conesprit GmbH implement the solution. The Swabian SAP consulting firm was particularly convincing due to its references in the food retail industry and the quickly available demo system. Within about one working week, the SAP solution was available for MILCONA<\/a><\/strong> available.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t

Audits create trust<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition to 32-year-old Benedict Wagner, who began his career as a banker, MILCONA is led by Tilen Verhovsek, who draws on more than twenty years of industry experience. Since the end of October 2021, the young company has also been certified as an IFS Broker 3. This is not something many brokers can boast and indicates one of the highest quality standards currently available in the industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo It Yourself\u201d package <\/strong>\u2013 efficient and cost-effective\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

MILCONA booked the "Do It Yourself (DIY)" introductory package. This includes two databases, a production database and a workshop database, training materials, and standard documents. This provides conesprit, especially for users with prior SAP knowledge, with a comprehensive foundation for mapping their respective business processes in SAP and structuring them accordingly, digitizing and efficiently. Training and additional modules can be booked as an option.<\/p>\n

MILCONA first completed a questionnaire, based on which the databases were configured. The finished databases were then made available in the SAP Business One Cloud. Based on the preparatory work by
